I understand how challenging, frustrating and vulnerable it can be to get help when you’re not feeling your best. You deserve to feel your best. Let's work towards getting you there. My practice is rooted in body-neutral and trauma-informed principles. I’m committed to evolving and deepening my understanding, to better meet your needs. Ultimately, the goal is to help you get back to feeling good, and to provide the support and/or education you may need to get there. EDUCATION BSc, Biology., Dalhousie. Halifax, NS.
