Direct Billing

We offer direct billing for most major insurance companies so please provide your insurance details in the online intake forms.

Community Acupuncture

During community style acupuncture, patients remain fully clothed so please wear loose fitting clothing so your pant-legs and sleeves can be pulled above elbows and knees.

Sliding-Scale Payment?

We have a sliding scale payment system for community acupuncture based on inclusivity. Pay what you can. Our sliding scale for new patients is $45-75 and $35-65 for return patients.

Eat Beforehand

Having a light snack prior to treatment helps with side effects like dizziness, especially for people with low blood pressure. 

Cell phones

Turn off your phone during a session, or use ear buds for music, but ensure its silent.

Ending the Session

Session lasts around 45 minutes to an hour. Let us know if you need to leave by a certain time.

Payment

We prefer debit, but exact change or credit are also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hr cancellation is required. No show or late cancelations will incur a fee of $35 for community acupuncture and $100 for private acupuncture treatments.
