(They/Them)

I understand how challenging, frustrating and vulnerable it can be to seek help when you’re not feeling your best. If you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or feeling stuck, you’re not alone.

If you're looking for care that meets you where you’re at — with kindness and respect — you're in the right place. My practice is rooted in body-neutral and trauma-informed principles, and I am committed to evolving and deepening my understanding to better meet your needs. Ultimately, my goal is to help you get back to feeling good and doing the things you love.

As a queer practitioner and member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I’m aware of the barriers that many queer and racialized individuals face in accessing care. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to ask about trades or a discounted treatment plan.

In my practice, I draw from a broad range of approaches — including Traditional Chinese Medicine, dry needling, trigger point release, and sports medicine acupuncture — all to support you in achieving real, lasting change.

You deserve to feel your best. Let's work together to get you there.
