(They/Them)

If you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or feeling stuck, you’re not alone.

In my treatments, I draw from a broad range of approaches — including Traditional Chinese Medicine, dry needling, and sports medicine acupuncture — to support real, lasting change. Basically, the goal is to help you get back to feeling good and doing the things you love.

If you're looking for care that meets you where you are — with kindness, respect, and no judgment — you're in the right place. My practice is body-neutral and trauma-informed.

As a queer practitioner and member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I understand how vital it is to feel safe and supported in healthcare settings. I am also acutely aware of the barriers that exist in access to care for queer and racialized communities, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or are wanting more info about our sliding scale options.

You deserve to feel your best. Let's work together to get you there.
